there for you whenever you need him whether it is personal or to do

COMPLEX MAINTENANCE&MANAGEMENT
The services are provided
on a communal basis and the costs associated with the
management and maintenance of the complex are shared between
all the complex property owners. A communal complex charge
is applicable and must be paid on an annual basis

• Complex garden maintenance&watering
• Communal electricity management&maintenance
• Communal water management&maintenance
• At the beginig of the season the pool will be checked and
cleaned
• Swiming pool and pool terrace maintenance includýng full
cleaning and setting up by the first week of may each year,daily
pool cleaning,pool testing
• Communal areas that are maintained are pathways,boundry
walls,Gates,communal lights,pool furniture
These services include communal electiric ,communal water
and ,pool chemicals costs .(does not include house utilities).
Damage cost for communal areas are extra.
All this services is 360 gbp per house yearly. |
